1. What type of chocolate do you use?
We use only premium chocolate. You choose from Dark, Milk or White Chocolate. Nothing but delicious, real chocolate is found in our chocolate fountains and as our past clients can tell you - it is delicious. Just read our testimonials!

2. How much can I expect to pay for the chocolate fountain rental?

Our "Basic" package costs $399.99**
Our Complete "Full Service" package costs $549.99*
Our "Premium" package costs $649.99***
   

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, cash and credit cards.

   

4. Delivery
Delievery is included within 25 miles of Staten Island. Travel charges apply for Long Island, Upstate NY, New Jersey & Connecticut if further than 25 miles from Staten Island. Garage Parking in Manhattan, tolls and a gratuity for the attendant are not included. 
   

5. What do I get for the price of the rental?
Your Chocolate Fountain rental includes the following:
• Your choice of chocolate. Milk, Dark or White Chocolate
• 3 Hours of continuous running fountain. ($37.50 per 1/2 hour additional)
• 12" Thick skewers.
• One or two attendends (depending on the package you choose) for refreshing your dippable items.
• Delivery, set up, teardown and cleanup.
• Dippable treats for up to two hundred people (depending on the package you choose) .
• We are fully insured.

   

6. What dippables are included?
The complete Full Service Package includes 12 delicious dippable treats for up to 150 guests. We supply fresh Strawberries, bananas, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, rice krispy treats, sugar honey grahams, marshmallows, pretzel rods, sugar wafers, Vienna Fingers, Oreo and chocolate chip cookies.

The Premium Package includes 17 delicious treats (FIVE Gourmet dippable treats of your chose from our Gourmet page) in addition to the 12 delicious dippable treats in the complete Full Service Package.

Please view the rentals page for complete descrption of this package. We will work with your tast to provide the best assortment of treats to customize your chocolate display.
   

7. What if I want to supply my own dippable treats or my caterer will supply them?

Many caterers and clients use our "Basic" package in this case.
    

8. What is the deposit?
We require a $200 non-refundable retainer fee to secure a chocolate fountain for your date. We do not hold dates without a signed contract and deposit for more than 14 business days.
    

9. What do I (or my caterer) need to supply?
We require that you provide a level table capable of holding 100 pounds which is what the fountain approximately weighs when running, an 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 10 feet of fountain and the linens and decorations for the chocolate fountain. You should also have plates and napkins for your guests to use! A seperate set up area with electricity available must also be provided
